Rexton M Core SR 20 RIC – Premium Rechargeable Digital Hearing Aid
Hey there! Let’s take a closer look at the Rexton M Core SR 20 RIC—a practical hearing aid from Rexton, a brand with a history in hearing tech since 1955, now part of WS Audiology alongside Signia and Widex. Launched around March 2021 on the M-Core platform, this Receiver-in-Canal (RIC) model sits discreetly behind your ear with a receiver in the canal, built for mild to profound hearing loss (up to 110-120 dB, depending on the receiver). It’s rechargeable with a lithium-ion battery and offers essential features like Motion Core technology and Bluetooth streaming. For anyone in Bangladesh wanting an entry-level, reliable hearing solution with modern touches, this pair is a great starting point.
Key Features Of Rexton M Core SR 20 RIC
What’s this pair bringing to the table? The Rexton M Core SR 20 RIC comes with 16 channels for sound tuning—like a basic but effective audio setup for your ears. It’s powered by Motion Core technology, featuring acoustic-motion sensors that adjust sound as you move, and High-Resolution Soundpro for real-time sound tweaks. You get My Voice 2.0 to make your voice sound natural, basic noise reduction, and Bluetooth for streaming from your phone or TV. With an IP68 rating for dust and moisture resistance, a portable charging case, and up to 3 programmable memories, this RIC offers up to 24 hours of use per charge (20 with streaming)—perfect for daily basics.
Why Choose Rexton M-Core SR 20 RIC?
Why pick this pair? It’s an entry-level RIC that offers dependable performance in a discreet, rechargeable design—ideal if you’ve got mild to profound loss and want solid sound without the higher-tier bells and whistles. I love how My Voice 2.0 and motion sensors keep your voice and surroundings feeling natural, even when you’re out and about. Compared to the M-Core SR 40 (20 channels), the 20 keeps it simple with 16 channels and basic noise handling, sitting below the SR 60 (32 channels) in finesse. The battery lasts up to 24 hours, and that IP68 rating tackles Bangladesh’s humidity and dust effortlessly. If you’re after straightforward hearing with connectivity, this pair’s a smart choice.
Performance in Different Environments
Picture this: you’re at home, having a quiet chat—the M-Core SR 20 delivers decent sound with its 16 channels and My Voice 2.0 keeping your voice natural while Soundpro boosts others’ words. Now, imagine a busy Dhaka street; its motion sensors and noise reduction help focus on speech, though it’s not as strong as the SR 40 or higher models in loud chaos. It’s best for one-on-one talks or calmer settings, and Bluetooth streams calls or music directly. That IP68 rating keeps it safe from sweat or dust, making it a practical pick for Bangladesh’s humid, active days—great for staying connected in moderate situations.

Benefits for Bangladeshi Users
This pair’s got some neat perks for Bangladesh. The rechargeable lithium-ion battery lasts up to 24 hours (20 with streaming)—charge it overnight, and you’re good, even with shaky power. The portable case adds three extra charges for up to 4 days without a plug. That IP68 rating handles humidity and dust like a pro, while the RIC design stays comfy and discreet all day. It’s built for mild to profound loss, offering basic speech clarity and noise control with 16 channels and motion sensors—perfect for everyday moments. Bluetooth streaming adds a modern edge for calls or TV, making it a simple, entry-level fix for life here, from quiet homes to moderately noisy streets.
Maintenance and Care
Keeping these in good shape is a cinch. Wipe them daily with a soft cloth—Bangladesh’s humidity and dust can creep in, but IP68’s got your back. Charge them fully in 4 hours for 24 hours of use (or 30 minutes for 6 hours)—the portable case keeps them powered on the go. Store them in the case away from heavy water or heat (beyond IP68 limits), and you’re set. Every 6 months, stop by a Shono Bangladesh clinic for a pro clean or wax check—ears can get tricky with buildup. Treat them well, and this RIC pair will keep delivering steady sound for years, no tech stress needed.
Conclusion
The Rexton M-Core SR 20 RIC pair is like a trusty, no-fuss duo for mild to profound hearing loss—discreet, practical, and ready for Bangladesh’s daily buzz. It’s an entry-level standout in the 2021 M-Core lineup, offering basic sound tech and Bluetooth in a rechargeable RIC shell.
